  • Users retain ownership of workflows/content they create.
  • Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized data for service improvement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during consultancy or service use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Fail to pay fees.
  • Engage in unlawful conduct.

10. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Iloilo City, Philippines.
